Who we are

Zepnix is a software company that makes business tools for small companies. This document — our Terms of Service — explains the rules for using ZepnixTravel, our CRM for travel agencies.

By signing up for an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up.

When we say "we," "us," or "Zepnix" in this document, we mean the company. When we say "you" or "your," we mean the person or business using ZepnixTravel.

Your account

To use ZepnixTravel, you need an account. When you sign up:

  • You give us accurate information — real name, real email, real business details.
  • You keep your password private and don't share it with people outside your business.
  • You're responsible for everything that happens on your account.
  • You're at least 18, or you have permission from someone who is.

If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

If we notice suspicious activity on your account, we may pause it while we investigate. If we believe your account has been compromised, we'll try to contact you.

Subscription and payment

ZepnixTravel is a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page and is in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Billing cycle. You pay monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Each billing period renews automatically until you cancel.

Payment methods. We accept payment through our payment processor. By providing payment details, you authorize us (or our processor) to charge you for each renewal until you cancel.

Late payments.If a payment fails, we'll try again. If it keeps failing, we may suspend your account until payment is sorted.

Taxes.Prices don't include taxes unless we say so. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Price changes.We may change prices in the future. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects your account. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

No refunds.We don't refund unused time on subscriptions. When you cancel, you keep access to ZepnixTravel until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your access ends.

This applies whether you cancel a monthly or annual plan.

Exceptions.If we make a serious mistake that means you couldn't use the service, contact us and we'll discuss it. We deal with these cases individually.

Acceptable use

You can use ZepnixTravel to run your travel business. You can't use it to:

  • Break the law — in Pakistan, or anywhere else.
  • Send spam, scams, or unwanted marketing.
  • Store or share content that's illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.
  • Try to break into the service, copy our code, or scrape our data.
  • Resell access to other people without our written permission.
  • Build a competing product using what you learn from using ours.

If we believe you're misusing the service, we may suspend or close your account. In serious cases, we may report you to the relevant authorities.

Your data

The contacts, inquiries, bookings, messages and any other information you put into ZepnixTravel belongs to you. We process it on your behalf so the service works.

We protect your data with reasonable security measures. We describe what we collect and how we use it in our Privacy Policy.

Backups.We back up data regularly, but you're responsible for keeping your own records of anything critical to your business.

Exporting your data.While your account is active, you can export your data at any time. If you close your account, we'll keep your data for a limited time so you can retrieve it, then we delete it. Specifics are in the Privacy Policy.

Our service

We work hard to keep ZepnixTravel running, but we can't promise it will always be available without interruption. From time to time we may have:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we'll try to give notice).
  • Unexpected downtime.
  • Performance issues.
  • Features that change, are added, or removed.

We provide ZepnixTravel "as is."We don't promise it's perfect, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose beyond what we describe on our website.

Intellectual property

Our stuff.Zepnix owns the software, the brand, the designs, the code, and everything else we've built. You don't get any rights to these beyond the right to use the service while you're a paying customer.

Your stuff.You own the content you put into ZepnixTravel — your customer data, your messages, your bookings, your documents. We don't claim any rights to it. We just need permission to handle it so the service works (store it, display it back to you, process it).

Feedback. If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the product, we can use them without owing you anything.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. Cancel from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

We can terminate. We may close or suspend your account if:

  • You break these terms.
  • You don't pay.
  • You use the service in a way that harms us, other customers, or third parties.
  • We're required to by law.

If we close your account for a reason that isn't your fault — for example, we shut down the service — we'll refund any unused portion you've paid for.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — things like lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm — that result from using or not being able to use ZepnixTravel.

If we're liable to you for any reason, our total liability across all claims is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These limits apply to the maximum extent allowed by Pakistani law. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do:

  • We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top.
  • We'll email registered customers about significant changes.
  • The new terms apply from the date we post them.

If you don't agree to the new terms, you can cancel your account. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

If there's a dispute, we'll first try to sort it out informally — email us at contact@zepnix.app and we'll work with you to find a resolution.

If informal resolution doesn't work, any legal action must be brought in the courts of [CITY], Pakistan.
